For organizations that have accumulated multiple evaluation reports and/or data, I facilitate an interactive process that seeks to unpack and synthesize those findings in the context of lived experiences, and to plan future actions.

- Facilitate an interactive process to engage youth, community members, staff, or board and reflect on findings.
- Contextualize findings in real-life events, limitations, funding, and staffing dynamics.
- End with mutually agreed-upon next steps.
Natalie's expertise helped us to analyze the effects of our multi-year youth development.
