Rooted-Growth intentionally builds capacity through a learning approach to its work. Our mission is to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement–whether reviewing case studies or an impact evaluation. The founder holds certificates in effective adult education from ACUE, Healing Centered Engagement with youth from Flourish Agenda, and was trained in processes by a Six Sigma Black Belt.
